Menopause@Work #1: Introduction

Menopause currently affects around 9 million women in Germany alone, and around two thirds of them suffer from stressful symptoms, one third even have severe symptoms. This phase of life can be so challenging that 10% of women quit their jobs and 25% reduce their working hours.
