Family Building

Starting a family is not hetero-normative. Non-traditional family models, rainbow families and solo motherhood are also on the rise in the DACH region.

However, the challenges for non-traditional families are many times greater – both legally and financially – and there is therefore an increased need for counselling for employees on their family building journey.

At Onuava, we support all forms of family building and work with modern employers who want to offer an inclusive family building benefit.

Counselling

Individual and independent consultation is a key step on the journey to having a child.

Our experienced consultants and doctors are always available to support our members and gently guide them through personal decision-making processes.

Whether it’s clarifying open questions, choosing the right clinic, or arranging appointments – our experts offer support exactly where most people feel left alone, helping them to confidently and competently take the next steps.

Financial support

If the employer offers a financial contribution towards fertility treatments or adoption costs, we provide support with anonymous financial processing.
